What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and also provide several additional payment options at checkout including: PayPal, Venmo, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay (onmobile only). We also offer installment payment options with Shop Pay. Choose the option that is most convenient for you.

Your details are securely encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in
question.

How long do orders take to process before shipping?

Standard orders take up to 48 hours to process before shipping.

Personalized orders take up to 10 business days to process before shipping.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and ship Monday through Saturday.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Orders placed on a weekday are fulfilled within 48 hours. Orders placed on a weekend will be fulfilled within 48 hours from Monday. Orders that include embroidery or monogramming can take an additional 10 business days to fulfill. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

What are my shipping options?

US Orders
We offer standard and priority shipping via USPS. Standard shipping takes up to 6 business days, priority shipping takes 1-3 business days.

International Orders
We offer international shipping via UPS and DHL. Delivery times are shown at check out.

What does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is offered free within the US. The option to pay for priority shipping is available at checkout.

International shipping outside the US is calculated at checkout and is based on the shipping address and weight of the order. The cost of any import duties and taxes are shown at checkout and included in the shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

What's the return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is in new unused condition with original tags and packaging and was not a personalized order with embroidery. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable.

How do I return an item?

You can request a return from your customer account which can be accessed here.

Once logged in you can select the item you want to return, and then select request return.

I am expecting a refund. How long does it take?

Please allow 6-12 business days for us to receive your order. Once your items have undergone (and passed) inspection, we will issue your refund to the original form of payment and will notify you of your refund via email.

After your refund has been issued by us, please allow 2 additional business days for those funds to be posted to your account.

Please note that your refund may only be credited to your original method of payment.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

As personalized items are made specifically for your order, they are unable to be returned or exchanged, unless there is a defect or spelling error on our part.

Personalization

Can I personalize a baby blanket?

We offer embroidered monograming on select products, including our Luxe Knit Cashmere Baby Blankets and Gift Sets range.

If you'd like to personalize your blanket with embroidery, there will be an additional charge. We take great care in our embroidery work, so please allow up to 10 business days for this process to be completed before your order is ready to ship.

How do I add personalization to my order?

For products that offer embroidered monogramming, you'll see a “Personalize It” button above the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. Simply click it, and a pop-up will appear where you can enter the name or initials you’d like embroidered on the blanket.

How long does personalization take?

We take great care in our embroidery work, so please allow up to 10 business days for this process to be completed before your order is ready to ship.

Gifting

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes we offer a natural baby themed gift wrap option that includes natural kraft paper, white gloss ribbon, a diaper pin, and your message in a 'Welcome Little One' gift card.

Gift wrapping costs $10.

How do I add gift wrapping to my order?

On the product page check the 'Is this is a gift?' box located above the 'Add to cart' button. A pop up will appear where you can enter your gift message.

Then when you click the 'Add to cart' button the product and gift wrap will be added.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Absolutely, just enter their shipping address at checkout. If you would like a gift note included without adding gift wrapping to your order, simply enter a short message in the notes section of your order and we will include the note on a small gift card.

Will the recipient see the pricing?

No, our packing slips never include the price.

Do you offer gift cards?

We offer digital gift cards in $25, $50, $100, $200, and $300 denominations. These can be emailed directly to the recipient with your gift message, or you can choose to email them to yourself.

Where are your products made?

We source and manufacture our cashmere blankets and accessories in Inner Mongolia, China, which is best in class for raw cashmere fibers and has manufacturing capabilities and techniques on par with traditional cashmere producing countries.

Are baby blankets safe for newborn sleep?

For safe sleep we recommend following current guidelines which advise no loose blankets in the crib. Our blankets are wonderfully cozy and they're perfect for stroller walks, car rides, tummy time, and everyday cuddles.

What grade is your cashmere?

We use Grade A cashmere sourced from Inner Mongolia for all of our cashmere products.

The majority of our cashmere products contain 100% organically raised cashmere which means no fertilizers or pesticides are used on the land where the goats graze. Additionally the yarn is undyed or organic dyes color the yarn, and specialized water treatments are employed to be more environmentally friendly.

Is cashmere safe for babies?

Yes, cashmere is extremely soft, breathable and gentle on delicate skin. Many parents choose it for babies with sensitive skin because it's naturally hypoallergenic.

How do I wash and care for cashmere?

Cashmere lasts longest when cared for gently. We recommend:

  • Hand-washing in lukewarm water with a gentle wool/cashmere shampoo
  • Rinsing in cool water
  • Gently pressing out excess water (never wringing)
  • Laying flat to dry on a towel
  • Using a cashmere comb occasionally to remove light pilling

Cashmere may also be dry cleaned.

Redeeming Gift Cards, Store Credit or Discount Codes

How do I redeem a gift card?

To use the gift card, enter the code in the ‘Discount Code or Gift Card’ box on the checkout page. The available balance will be deducted from the order total.

How do I redeem my store credit?

To use store credit that has been issued to you, you must first login into your customer account.

Once logged in, store credit will become a payment option on the checkout page. Check the 'Apply store credit' box in the payment section and your available amount will be applied to your order.

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

Please email info@jetandbobaby.com with your gift card code and our team can check the balance for you.

How do I apply a discount code?

The discount code is applied at checkout.

On a desktop or laptop computer the box to enter the discount code is located on the right-hand side of the page, after you click the checkout button. Enter your code in the box that says ‘Discount code’ and click the ‘Apply’ button.

On mobile devices, the box to enter the discount code is not automatically visible. After you hit the checkout button, the next page will start with an order summary. Click the downward facing arrow next to the words ‘Show order summary’ and it will expand. Enter your code in the box that says ‘Discount code’ and click the black arrow button.

Only one discount code can be used per purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined.
