Personalization with embroidered initials or name is available on our Luxe Knit range of cashmere baby blankets. There is a 'Personalize It' button on the product page that can be clicked. A pop up will open where the embroidery details can be selected and entered.

An additional fee applies for this special customization. Our design team has thoughtfully placed the embroidery diagonally in a corner for a beautiful finish.

As personalized items are custom-made, they are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for the embroidery to be completed.

All of our products are packaged in a complimentary gift box and come with a "Welcome Little One" greeting card that you can write your gift message in. You can view the gift box and greeting card here.

Themed gift wrapping is available for a fee and can be selected on the product page before check out. You can view the gift wrapping here.

Digital gift cards can be purchased and sent directly to the recipient. They can be used on any Jet&Bo Baby products, have no additional fees and do not expire.

For US orders we offer standard shipping free and the option to pay for priority shipping is available at checkout. Standard shipping takes up to 7 business days, priority shipping takes 1-4 business days.

For international orders we offer shipping via UPS or DHL. Costs and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Order processing takes up to 48 hours and is not included in the above shipping times.

Personalized items with embroidery require up to 5 business days for order processing.

If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in new unused condition with original tags and packaging, and is not a personalized order.

Personalized orders with embroidery cannot be returned or exchanged.
